From a young age, my mother, Francesca, who was raised on an olive grove in Calabria, Italy, instilled in me the belief that the simplest things in life are often the best. This philosophy was evident in the meals she lovingly prepared each day, always emphasising the use of EVOO as the essential ingredient in her cooking. This deep-rooted tradition has fuelled our passion for exclusively using Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
My wife and I are dedicated to promoting health and well-being.
